Getting Started

We use a detailed intake process to understand your specific goals, style preferences, and budget. Our team then hand-matches you with a vetted photographer from our network who specializes in your type of shoot. Whether you need modeling portfolio shots, dating profile photos, executive headshots, or creator content, we find the perfect match.

Dating Profile packages start at $350 and go up to $750 depending on session length and number of photos. Professional Headshot packages start at $350. Portfolio packages start at $849. Each service page has detailed pricing for every tier—no surprises.

Most clients receive their photographer match within 24-48 hours of completing our intake form. Rush matching is available for time-sensitive projects. Once matched, most sessions can be scheduled within 1-2 weeks depending on photographer availability.

Start by completing our intake form—it takes about 2 minutes. Tell us your goals, preferences, and timeline. We'll match you with a photographer, introduce you, and help coordinate scheduling. You'll communicate directly with your photographer to finalize details.

Not at all. Many clients come to us knowing they need photos but unsure about the specifics. That's what we're here for. Just tell us your goals (job search, dating, branding, etc.) and we'll guide you toward the right type of session, locations, and photographer.

The Session

Solid colors photograph best—think navy, emerald, burgundy, black, or cream. Avoid busy patterns, logos, and neon. Bring 2-3 outfit options so your photographer can help you choose what works in the actual lighting. Most importantly, iron everything and wear what makes you feel confident.

Session length depends on the package: dating profile sessions run 1-2 hours, headshot sessions 30-90 minutes, portfolio sessions 3-4 hours, and event coverage varies by the event. Your photographer will confirm the exact timeline when you schedule.

Absolutely. Many clients feel more comfortable with someone they know present. Your friend can help with outfit decisions, hold personal items, or just provide moral support. For couple shoots, your partner is obviously expected.

Weather happens. Your photographer will monitor the forecast and proactively reach out if rescheduling seems wise. If rain is sudden, most of our photographers have backup indoor locations ready. Rescheduling for weather is always free.

Hair and makeup aren't included in standard packages, but we can coordinate HMU artists for an additional fee. For most headshot and dating sessions, we recommend doing your own hair and makeup as you normally would—just slightly more defined than everyday since cameras flatten features.

Not at all—it's actually more common than you'd think. Our photographers are skilled at putting nervous clients at ease. The first 15 minutes are always a warmup. Most clients tell us they forgot they were being photographed within 20 minutes. We specifically match camera-shy clients with photographers known for their relaxed, conversational approach.

It depends on your package. Dating profile sessions deliver 15-25 edited photos. Headshot sessions deliver 10-35 photos. Portfolio sessions deliver 40-60+ photos. Your photographer will discuss deliverables before the session so there are no surprises.

Most photographers deliver within 5-10 business days. Same-day or 24-hour rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Many photographers also share a few sneak-peek images within 24-48 hours so you have something to use immediately.

Yes. All our packages include full personal and commercial usage rights. You can use your photos on websites, social media, marketing materials, business cards, and more. The photographer retains copyright but grants you an unlimited usage license.

No. Our photographers specialize in natural retouching—skin texture stays real, blemishes and temporary marks are cleaned up, but you still look like yourself. We believe the best photos look like the best version of your real life, not a magazine cover.

Some photographers offer print packages, albums, and wall art. We deliver high-resolution digital files that are print-ready, so you can also order prints from any lab you prefer.

Every photographer goes through portfolio review, reference checks, and a test shoot before they join. We're selective—our reputation depends on consistently great sessions, so we only work with photographers we'd book ourselves.

Yes. If you've worked with one of our photographers before or have someone specific in mind, let us know in the intake form. We'll do our best to accommodate. However, our matching process often surfaces photographers you wouldn't have found on your own who are an even better fit.

Yes. We have photographers across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. Our photographers know the best locations, studios, and lighting conditions in every borough. Many specialize in specific neighborhoods.

Cancellations made 48+ hours before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours may be subject to a rebooking fee. Same-day cancellations are generally non-refundable, but we handle each situation individually. Rescheduling due to weather or illness is always accommodated.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not happy with your initial photographer match, we'll re-match you with a different photographer at no additional cost. We also offer a full refund within 7 days if you haven't completed your session and are unsatisfied with the matching process.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is typically collected in two parts: a deposit to confirm booking and the balance on the day of the session. Payment plans are available for larger packages.

Yes. For creator content, boudoir, and any privacy-sensitive sessions, NDAs are available upon request. Your photographer will never share your images without explicit written consent. Discretion is a core part of our service.
