- Provide accurate and complete information in your intake form
- Not upload content that infringes on others' rights or is illegal, offensive, or inappropriate
- Conduct yourself professionally when communicating with photographers we match you with
- Honor any agreements you make directly with photographers (scheduling, payment, deliverables)
4. No Guarantee of Match
We strive to match every client with a suitable photographer, but we do not guarantee that we will find a match for every inquiry. Availability, service type, timeline, and budget may affect our ability to make a match.
5. Fees and Payment
Our matching service may be free or subject to a fee depending on the service type. Payment terms for actual photography sessions are agreed upon directly between you and your matched photographer. Signal Studio NYC is not responsible for disputes arising from photographer-client transactions.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and branding of signalstudionyc.com are owned by Signal Studio NYC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission. Photographs created during sessions are subject to agreements between you and your photographer.
7. Limitation of Liability
Signal Studio NYC is not liable for the conduct of photographers, the quality of photography services, or any damages arising from your use of our matching service or from transactions with photographers. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Signal Studio NYC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service or your violation of these terms.
